D3O® Launches new Diablo Back & Chest Protectors at EICMA

As the lowest-profile soft injection-moulded back protector on the market the Diablo raises the standard for rider protection and comfort. The chest protector is available in both full and split design. Both products feature an intricate open geometry design making them D3O’s most ventilated body armour to date, ensuring maximum airflow to significantly reduce heat build-up on and off the bike.

The Diablo range is designed to suit all body shapes and sizes, including female riders, with its flexible construction which naturally contours and moves with the rider. The protectors are designed to stay securely in place, delivering reliable impact protection exactly where it’s needed most.

The Diablo Back Protector can also be retrofitted into garments currently designed for D3O® Viper, Viper Air, and Ghost Back Protectors, allowing manufacturers and riders to easily upgrade their protection without buying new apparel.

• Ultra-low profile: Soft injection-moulded construction at just 9.5mm (L1) thickness.
• Exceptional flexibility:  Curves to fit different chest sizes and designed to move with the rider, ensuring maximum comfort.
• Maximum breathability: Open geometry and no backing fabric.
• Two style options: L1 divided or full for chest protection.
• The chest protector fits easily into existing garments designed for existing products CP1, CP2 and Ghost CP.
